Mass Produced Mandrel Bent Headers - $475
Fully CNC mandrel bent and TiG welded. Made using 3/8" thick header and collector flanges and Thick wall aluminuized tubing. Easy installation in listed applications with no hammering, grinding, or other modification unless otherwise noted. Fits 472 CID, 500 CID, and 425 CID Cadillac engines. Cad Company has designed these headers in house to fit well and work well on the dyno. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations - get the good stuff.

Truck Mid-length truck header fits Chevy Trucks ‘73-’87, Chevy SUV and 1 ton ‘73-’91)
Also fits many other years and makes of trucks without modification, as well as fitting in most mid-60s and newer (non-Cadillac) swaps - call for recommendation
note: 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks have a wider frame rail, and less clearance for headers. You may or may not have to clearance the frame slightly for header clearance on these applications. No clearancing is necessary on 1/2 ton trucks.

Coating

Prices are uncoated. Synergy ceramic coating is available for $320. Synergy provides a 3 year warranty against coating failure and rust-out on new headers. Turnaround is usually less than a week

Header Flange Kits

For those … less common swaps - we stock a header flange kit that’ll work in just about any swap. Here’s the concept: You buy whatever common big-block header fits your chassis. Slice and dice the existing flanges off the headers. Heat and bend the appropriate tubes until on center with Caddy port centers. Square up the tubes, tuck ‘em inside the Caddy flanges and you’re just a trial fit away from having it all done. Also used for building custom headers in the car when that is the best path to take.
All flanges are 3/8” thick to reduce warpage during welding.
