Serpentine drive systems are now available. The full system runs the water pump, AC, alternator, and (optional) power steering. The simple kit runs just the water pump and alternator. At this time, there is no off-the-shelf system made to run power steering without air conditioning.

Options for the full system include with or without power steering, and finishes in polished billet (standard), chrome, black, or black Onyx (black with machined aluminum highlights). All pulleys, brackets, accessories, AC hose manifold, belt, tensioner tool, water pump, belt, and bolts are included. The power steering setup requires a remote power steering reservoir (not included in all kits). Custom kits are available (choose your upgrades, etc.).

The simple system can be put together with the crank / water pump pulley (available below), a stock GM serpentine alternator pulley, and a stock alternator and bracket. These kits are packages of parts that are all available individually below.

Crank and Water Pump Pulleys

Billet Aluminum Pulley Set – Similar to 74-76 without smog pump (2 Groove Crank, 1 Groove water pump).
Clears all water pumps. Set up to run 1 belt from the crank to the water pump to the alternator, and 1 belt from
the crank to the power steering to the AC (AC optional).

Billet Aluminum Pulley Set – Not a factory configuration. Clears all water pumps. Set up to run 1 belt
from the crank to the water pump to the alternator, and 1 belt from the crank to the power steering
to the AC (AC optional). A third belt can be run from the water pump to the smog pump as needed.

Billet Aluminum Pulley Set – 68-73 w/ smog pump (3 Groove Crank, 2 Groove water pump). Similar to ’68/’69
and ’71-’73 factory configuration (requires smog pump and ”68-’73 water pump). Set up to run 1 belt from the
crank to the water pump to the smog pump, 1 belt from the water pump to the alternator, and 2 belts from the
crank to the power steering to the AC (AC optional).

Bracket Kits

Crank Hubs, Bolts, and Repair Sleeves

Note: Most ’73-older (3-groove) factory pulleys are back-cut to provide clearance for the factory vibration damper. Some ’73-older and most ’74-newer (2-groove) factory pulleys are not. All factory hubs have the same spacing.

Can be installed on stock crank hubs (hub not included). Clears most pulleys, but used with stock hub, will space crank pulley out slightly. If you will be running standard pulleys, we recommend either back cutting the crank pulley (billet aluminum and cast iron pulleys only) or using the offset aftermarket steel crank hub PB11202(sold separately) or ordering the combo kit PB12402 (damper and hub) to achieve correct pulley spacing.
