472 / 500 Cadillac Cut Ring Head Gasket 

Cut ring head gasket for bore sizes up to 4.360″ (.060″ over) or 4.420″ (.120″ over). Choose a size when ordering.
These provide the best sealing available for high cylinder pressure applications. They have the coolant sealing properties of a normal composite gasket, with the compression sealing properties of a solid metal gasket (or better). The solid fire rings are far more resistant to being pushed out of shape than the fire ring on a traditional composite head gasket, and machined with teeth that hold the deck surface, to prevent pushing the fire ring out.

These are the recommended gaskets for most boosted (turbo / blower) applications.

The fire rings are reusable, and the composite gasket portion can be replaced for a much lower cost.

Sold individually (one composite gasket and 4 fire rings) – 2 sets will be required per engine.
